Site Visit

An initial site visit helps us to understand the issues you may be facing, and how best to over-come them.

Similarly, this helps us to understand the process operation and how your feedstock is processed, for example, solids loading, maceration, liquids reception. This all helps us to understand your requirements, and how best to assist.

Sampling & Analysis

From the site visit, we need to understand the current biological health of the digesters, the level of any inhibitors present, and to understand what is currently feeding the plant. For instance, many agricultural plants run at high incoming nitrogen levels.

By understanding the plant’s design and baseline loading, we can help to design a feedstock that assists in maintaining healthy nitrogen levels, rather than exacerbating a potential issue.

Feedstock Design & Supplementation

With the results from our sampling & analysis, we can then design your plant the feedstock it requires for optimum health.

We can utilise any of our platinum, gold, silver & bronze blends and adapt them to your site’s specific requirements. For instance, if your site runs particularly rich with a high volume of syrups, we can provide a well-balanced feedstock to provide a well-rounded diet for your bugs.

Similarly, if your plant requires a bit of a boost, we can create a strongly concentrated feedstock to be drip fed in, to sustain gas production over time.

With our bespoke feedstocks, we can supplement the necessary trace nutrients, if deficient within the digesters, maximising biological potential. This blend of nutrients is adapted for your own site’s requirements, rather than a standard blend, in which sometimes you may not require the addition of all the nutrients present.

Waste4Generation design, blend & create high-quality feedstocks for anaerobic digestion, aimed at maximising gas production as well as improving biological health. There are a variety of blends & feedstocks available to suit different plants, processes, and budgets.

Platinum

Our platinum feedstock is a concentrated blend, achieving 325,000mg/l COD+, 5000mg/l sulphate and trace nutrient addition to provide a strong high quality feedstock to benefit anaerobic digesters. (Various Platinum Blends available)

Gold

Our gold feedstock contains in excess of 275,000-325,000mg/l COD, 5000mg/l sulphate (Various gold blends available).

Silver

Our silver feedstock blend provides a high quality medium concentration feedstock, averaging approximately 225,000-275,000mg/l COD, 8000mg/l sulphate. (Different blends may have different sulphate concentrations)

Bronze

Our bronze feedstock contains in excess of 100,000 mg/L COD concentration and less than 10,000 mg/L sulphate
